Nalegro wins the second competition of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition with 88.2 points
Just like during the first competition of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition, the M class was won by Nalegro (Painted Black x Negro) ridden by Charlotte Fry.
The jury during this competition consisted of Marian Dorresteijn and Sven Rothenberger. They gave the stallion a very nice list with 9’s for the impressive canter and the overall impression. “This really is a powerhouse, a horse with a very strong hind leg,” says Marian enthusiastically. “The walk has a good overstep and a lot of power. He has a very active way of walking and remains pure very well. The trot is also characterized by strength, in which it shows the ability to easily come back on the hind leg. Today the canter was a highlight with a lot of ground cover and good extensions, after which he comes back very nicely on the hind leg.”
In addition to Nalegro, Nacho (Negro x Krack C) under Charlotte Fry and Everest (Especial x Negro) with Phoebe Peters also competed.
Nacho received a nice score of 83.2 and Everest received 82.8 points for his performance.
In the L class, Charlotte Fry competed with Secret Lover (Secret x Fürstenball). He achieved a combined 3rd place with 84.4 points. “This is a horse that makes a friendly and workable impression. He has a nice, constant and light connection with good length in the neck. The walk is shown with good use of the body and a nice transition. The trot is light-footed and active with nice use of the frontleg. In the canter we saw a lot of bending in the joints and it remains well closed.”
O’Frederic (For Romanxe x Fidertanz) received a nice score of 81.4 points with Charlotte Fry
